User Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• The business name (if applicable)
• The Facebook Page name (if you communicated via Messenger)
• The Instagram account (if you communicated via Instagram DM)

What We Will Delete

• Your client profile and account information
• Conversation history across all messaging channels
• Booking preferences and notes
• Photos and uploaded documents
• Rewards and loyalty points
• Visitor-posted comments and Facebook Page reviews accessed via pages_read_user_content
• Post captions, images, and scheduled publish times for Facebook Page posts created via pages_manage_posts
• Reply text posted to Facebook reviews and Page post comments via pages_manage_engagement
• Facebook ad account performance data accessed via ads_read (not persisted — fetched fresh per session)
• Instagram Business Account insights, post captions/media, and comment/reply text accessed via instagram_business_manage_insights, instagram_business_content_publish, and instagram_business_manage_comments

What We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law:

• Payment and financial records with PII stripped (7 years for tax compliance)
• Signed contracts with signer information anonymized (7 years for dispute resolution)
• Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or chargebacks

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days and complete the anonymization/deletion within 30 days. Our backup systems rotate on a 30-day cycle, so your data will be purged from all backups within 30 days of processing.
